Service Area:
SpaceTime Drinks provides local beverage delivery throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Local Chicago Delivery: We offer a premium local delivery service managed by our own staff to guarantee product quality.
Shipping Fees: Your shipping total is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Estimates:
Standard delivery time for the Chicago area is 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an update once your order has been dispatched for local delivery.
International Shipping:
SpaceTime Drinks does not currently offer international shipping or delivery outside of the Chicago area.
Eligible for Refund
To be eligible for a refund,
the damage must be clearly visible and result from the product being damaged during shipment.
This includes:
Broken or leaking cans
Significant warping of the can that compromises the seal
Damaged packaging that clearly indicates the product is no longer sealed
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 7 days
of receiving your order.
You can reach us by email at drinkspacetime@gmail.com with the following information:
Order number
Description of the damage
Photo evidence of the damaged product(s)
Our team will review your request and contact you within 2-3 business days.
If your request is approved:
We will issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) to your original payment method.
Important Notes
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or undamaged cans.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the information provided is insufficient or the damage appears to be caused by improper handling.
